Click on "run" A second security warning will appear. Click on "run" The Glimworm Remote Support screen will now appear. Doubleclick on the name the Glimworm Support Employee has given you. If you haven't spoken to a Glimworm Support Employee yet, please call 020 6165640. A message in your taskbar will now appear, that a connection with the Glimworm Support Employee has been established. After the Glimworm Support Employee has finished his tasks, the connection will automatically be broken. The OneClick software will be removed from the system and is harmless.
